New Android smartphones won’t have as many pre-installed apps

Have you ever wondered why your Android smartphone comes out of the box with a bunch of unwanted apps? Well, this is a thing of the past as Google decided to remove some of these apps from the mandatory list of every Android smartphone maker.  Apps like Gmail, Google Play Books, Google Newsstand and Google Play Games will no longer be pre-installed on your Android smartphones due to new partner guidelines between Google and its manufacturers.

What that means? More free space on your next Android Smartphone. And if you are one of those who use these apps, you will just have to download them from the Google Play store!
