Lenovo wants your opinion on this retro ThinkPad laptop

Lenovo’s VP of design, David Hill wants to know your opinion on a new concept rendered with  ThinkPad logo, a blue enter key, a seven-row keyboard and a 16:10 aspect screen. This was IBM’s original boxy design first seen on the 1993 700c model.

The laptop will, of course, be equipped with the latest processors and an 18mm thin case. The idea behind this concept is whether  a computer based on a classic IBM design would be as popular as a retro Mini Cooper of Fiat 500.

This is actually a ‘feasibility’ study, so Lenovo will know whether you will consider buying a retro laptop, or you prefer a more modern design! Personally wi would like to buy a retro ThinkPad laptop! We should wait and see whether the ThinkPad will go into production.
