iPhone 6s has 2GB of RAM and iPad Pro 4GB

Apple development tool Xcode confirms that the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus have 2GB of RAM, while the iPad Pro has 4GB of RAM.

This is in line with earlier rumors suggesting the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus to have 2GB of RAM. Meanwhile, Adobe issued a press release earlier this week that stated the iPad Pro had 4GB of RAM, but removed the mention just hours later.

Apple itself have not confirmed the amount of RAM the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or iPad Pro have during its “Hey Siri” media event, and does not include the amount of RAM on the specification pages for any of the devices.
