Step four: Google will let you know that your changes have been saved. You now need to click on the Close button to complete the task

Step one: First off, you need to launch the Google app from your home screen. Once you are done, tap on the profile picture located at the top of the app and select the Search Settings option

Step two: Next up, all you need to do now is to check the box next to Filter explicit results and tap on the Save button to complete the task.
