Apple to launch camera replacement program for iPhone 6 Plus

Apple just launched a camera replacement program for its iPhone 6 Plus. The company will replace the rear facing camera in a relatively small percentage of iPhone 6 Plus users who are having problems with their iPhone’s iSight cameras.

According to Apple the replacement program related to some of the units sold between September 2014 and January 2015. If your iPhone 6 Plus is producing blurry photos and have an eligible serial number you will be able to have your iSight camera replace from Apple at no charge. You can find our if you iPhone’s serial number is eligible by clicking here.

Users have been complaining about blurry photos since the launch of the device is September 2014. The issue prevents the camera to focus and could be related to a feature called  ‘Optical Image Stabilization’ which only the iPhone 6 Plus has.
