Apple pulls the original iPad Mini from its stores

Apple has just removed the original iPad Mini from its website and online store.

Apple decided that there is no market for its non-retina iPad Mini and decided to remove it from all of its stores.  Now Apple is only promoting the iPad Mini 2 and 3. The two devices have $100 difference but their hardware are the same except that iPad Mini 3 features a Touch ID fingerprint scanner. For now, I strongly recommend if you are in the market for an iPad Mini to go for the 2nd generation except if security is your main priority.

Now all the iPads feature a 64-bit processor, which should make life much easier for developers and we can expect more powerful apps and games!
